StarkPitch (https://starkpitch.com) is operated by Christian Stark. We aim to comply with the GDPR and German privacy expectations. We collect as little personal data as possible.

Cookies

Essential cookies are used for language preference and Learn path login sessions (HttpOnly session cookie sp_session). On the public HTTPS site these session cookies are marked Secure. You can reopen cookie preferences anytime via the footer link and change your choice.

Analytics

Optional analytics (Umami) load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner; choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics fully disabled. Umami does not use tracking cookies and only records aggregate page-view statistics — no individual browsing profile is built, and we do not use advertising trackers of any kind.

Learn accounts

If you create a Learn account we store a username, a password hash, and a security-question answer hash so we can save quiz progress and issue verifiable certificates. We do not collect payment data. Account recovery uses your security question — choose an answer only you know.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Cookie-consent and language preferences stored in your browser persist until you clear your browser storage or change them. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us — we act on verified requests within a reasonable time.
